What to ask in a customer reference interview

Before writing a customer case study, press release or recording a customer podcast, you will usually interview your customers to explore the issues they were having before introducing your product or service, the reason they selected your product and their experience with it. Although you will want to include some specific questions about your product or industry, Adam Kalsey published a post with a list of customer reference questions that constitute a great starting point.
